We hear Shobi’s story in 2 Samuel 17:27-29. Shobi was said to provide radical hospitality for King David’s soldiers in their time of need. He provided an abundant feast of bread, lentils, honey, barley, beans, as well as fellowship and a safe place to eat.
And that’s exactly what we hope for our community at Shobi’s Table. That we would bring more people to the incredible dinner table that God has set for all people.
